. Buying and selling a house is one thing but during a pandemic is an entirely unique process. We had been interested in a move since April of 2020 and engaged Therese in May to assist in finding our forever home. She had been our agent when we moved from Portland OR 6 years ago and we were so satisfied we knew we would use her this time too. We were very particular as to what we were looking for and had probably looked at over 50 homes, as we had already experienced in 2014 Therese was all about our satisfaction. She sent us possible listings regularly and was very attuned to what we were looking for. We put offers in on three different homes and Therese was amazingly helpful in laying out the pros and cons for each. Each offers was a contingency which has its own hurdles during negotiations, Once we finally settled on our choice and secured an accepted offer it was time to market and sell our home, another positive experience due to Therese's expertise and diligence. I know of a least a dozen instances in where we were working on something late into the night or on weekends and Therese was always available. Her customer service and dedication to detail throughout was unmatched. This is the fifth house we have purchased/sold and this was by far the easiest of all the transactions, that is directly attributable to Therese. She was never concerned with closing the deal so she could get paid, as a matter of fact as a result of a few of our discussions we decided not to make offers due to Therese's guidance. It is a rare quality to find in this day and age, someone who more worried your happiness as opposed to their bottom line. Harry Norman should be proud to have her under their umbrella, Therese is a strong advocate for your brand and represents your company in a professional manner.
